    细胞分选平台可以利用流式细胞仪对处于快速直线流动状态的单列细胞或生物颗粒进行逐个、多参数、快速的定性、定量分析和分选。主要应用流式分析与分选技术完成肿瘤微环境的研究以及临床血液、肿瘤组织的检测分析。

  以FACSCanto II流式细胞仪为主要设备,同时配备专用细胞分析软件FlowJo。流式细胞仪能同时激发6色荧光及以上,检测灵敏度极高,检测速度快,系统交叉污染率小于0.1%,信号处理系统数据存储量超过1020次方,确保检测数据储存的完整和准确,具备完善的质控系统以及数据分析软件。可以完成各种细胞、实体组织、骨髓、外周血、微生物、血清、血浆、培养上清等种类的检测与分析,完成对复杂样本中细胞的鉴定、分类、定量和分离,分选后的细胞能直接用于培养、移植、核酸提取、单细胞PCR扩增等,可进一步进行细胞基因、蛋白、功能水平的研究和不同细胞之间的差异化研究。能够满足实验室对细胞周期测定、细胞凋亡测定、蛋白质总量测定、生物活性测定、荧光标记抗体检测、抗原特异性免疫细胞检测、细胞因子检测等研究的需求。

3. 肿瘤细胞和病理生物学研究平台
